Position Summary
As part of Curium’s Growth Markets organization, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage our production, infrastructure development, technology transfer, regulatory, new product development, and investment projects.
This role will actively participate in both our operations in Turkey and projects carried out with global teams in Europe and Asia; and will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional coordination, managing project plans, and implementing PMO processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
• Managing projects in line with scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
• Preparing and updating project plans and ensuring alignment with delivery dates
• Organizing and moderating weekly/monthly project meetings and tracking actions
• Ensuring effective coordination between functions (engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, supply chain, etc.)
• Managing project risks, dependencies, and changes (change requests)
International Coordination
• Regular communication and reporting with global project teams
• Ensuring compliance with international project standards, processes, and PMO methodologies
Reporting & PMO Processes
• Keeping PMO dashboards, KPIs, and project performance indicators up to date
• Preparing project presentations for SteerCo, committee, and management meetings
• Tracking budget, resource planning, and milestones
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical, manufacturing, etc.) is preferred
• Experience in international companies or multi-stakeholder environments is an advantage
Technical Skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Miro, Excel, PPT)
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.)
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
Personal Competencies
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Advanced communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time management and follow-up discipline
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
• Residing in Istanbul
