Project Specialist / Project Coordinator (Immediate Joining)

Job Objective

To manage and coordinate project activities from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications while maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate activities between engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and official correspondence.
  • Track procurement, contracts, and payment certificates.
  • Identify schedule deviations and support corrective actions.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Maintain proper documentation and project records.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in project management or coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft project.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Available for immediate joining.
