Job Objective
To manage and coordinate project activities from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications while maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate activities between engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Prepare meeting minutes and official correspondence.
- Track procurement, contracts, and payment certificates.
- Identify schedule deviations and support corrective actions.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Maintain proper documentation and project records.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in project management or coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera and Microsoft project.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Available for immediate joining.
