Project Supervisor

Good Windows is a fast-growing company specializing in custom aluminium, steel, and glass windows, skylights, and façade solutions. We are seeking Project Supervisors for managing installation teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring smooth execution of window, skylight, and façade projects.. The role involves ensuring efficient installation of customized windows, doors, skylights, and façade elements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and manage on-site installation of windows, doors, skylights, and façades.
• Coordinate between design, production, logistics, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety at project sites.
• Reading and understanding architectural/engineering drawings.
• Ensure projects are executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues in real-time.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on work progress.
• Detailed documentation, MS Excel, MS Office (daily reports, progress tracking, etc.)
• Maintain professional client relationships and represent the company on-site.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering.
• 2–6 years of site execution or project supervision experience (fenestration or construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety norms.
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow stringent reporting system.
• Freshers with strong site exposure and willingness to learn may also be considered.
