Position: Project Supervisor

Qualification: B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise hydroponic project setups and farm operations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams
• Ensure timely project completion and quality standards
• Monitor farm systems and support production activities
• Maintain daily records and report

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience or knowledge in hydroponics preferred
• Willingness to travel for site supervision
• Passion for sustainable and modern agriculture
• Two wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory
• Fluency in English and Hindi preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Multiple districts across Kerala

Salary: Based on experience & performance
