Project Supervisor-Interior fitout company(Dubai)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
• Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
• Report progress and issues to Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works (gypsum, carpentry, MEP coordination, finishes)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Good leadership and site coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Dubai site rules and regulations

Preferred:

• UAE experience is mandatory
• UAE Driving license is mandatory
• Immediate availability
