Project Supervisor (Mechanical Oil & Gas)

We are seeking experienced Project Supervisors (Mechanical) to oversee site execution in Oil & Gas projects. The role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering quality work within schedule and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site construction and mechanical activities related to Oil & Gas projects.
• Ensure manpower, tools, and materials are effectively utilised.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and HSE teams.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of Oil & Gas experience in the GCC region.
• Strong background in mechanical erection, fabrication, and maintenance works.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle large workforce teams on site.
• Immediate availability preferred.
