SCI Furniture is a full-service office furniture dealership and design center, creating office environments for people to do their best work, operating at the forefront of our market for over 30 years.
We are seeking a Project Support Associate to join our team! You will perform general administrative and customer support functions in order to drive company success.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Enter incoming/received product into our software
- Review vendor order acknowledgments and investigate any discrepancies
- Assist with resolution of customer warranty issues
- Perform reception area functions (i.e. greet visitors, restock supplies)
- Generate proposals and enter/track customer orders
- Assist with scheduling duties and follow-up with clients post-installation
- Gather information from potential clients to assist in sales efforts
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform other related project management duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration (or related) with minimum one (1) year prior work experience in an administrative/office position; OR High School diploma with minimum three (3) years prior work experience in an administrative/office position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat, order entry software, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
