Projects Construction Manager
- Supervise the full execution of construction projects and ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings and technical specifications.
- Manage the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors, and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor and update the project schedule regularly and address any potential delays.
- Manage the project budget, control costs, and review claims and invoices.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients and resolve any technical issues or conflicts.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site according to local and international regulations.
- Follow up on material and equipment supplies to ensure availability at the required time.
- Manage project risks and develop alternative plans to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Participate in project meetings internally and externally and represent the company with clients and official authorities.
