Projects Construction Manager

  • Supervise the full execution of construction projects and ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings and technical specifications.
  • Manage the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors, and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor and update the project schedule regularly and address any potential delays.
  • Manage the project budget, control costs, and review claims and invoices.
  • Coordinate with consultants and clients and resolve any technical issues or conflicts.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site according to local and international regulations.
  • Follow up on material and equipment supplies to ensure availability at the required time.
  • Manage project risks and develop alternative plans to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Participate in project meetings internally and externally and represent the company with clients and official authorities.
