About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized
Projects Coordinator
to support our project teams by ensuring smooth daily coordination, strong document control, and structured information flow between all stakeholders.
This role is the organizational backbone of the project, helping to maintain clarity, traceability, and follow-up across design, procurement, and construction activities, and directly contributing to successful project delivery.
What You’ll Do:

Support the GM in coordinating daily project activities and follow-ups

Track actions, decisions, and deliverables across consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up logs

Coordinate information flow between site, consultants, and management
-
Maintain performance trackers and follow up on milestones and commitments

Coordinate project document flow with the Document Control team

Ensure timely receipt, distribution, version control, and archiving of project documents

Support design coordination by tracking design deliverables and timelines

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports

Support handover documentation and project close-out records
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
-
7–10 years of experience in project coordination and/or document control within construction or development projects

Strong understanding of construction documentation workflows
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (especially Excel)
-
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
