The Projects Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects across diverse disciplines. Reporting to the Project Manager or Engineering Lead, this position is responsible for supporting project planning, documentation, scheduling, and communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role is critical in maintaining project integrity, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with project plans.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, change logs.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams, and internal departments to ensure information flow and alignment.
  • Schedule and prepare for project meetings, including agenda creation, resource coordination, and follow-up action items.
  • Track project procurement activities, providing regular financial updates to the project team.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, bids, and submissions by compiling technical and administrative data.
  • Monitor and manage document control systems, ensuring version control, approvals, and secure storage of engineering drawings and specifications.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and version control practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows, construction processes, or technical project lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
