Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Fit-Out Works

Full-Time | Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:0PM

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer / Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out works to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an Interior Designer, Architect, or Civil Engineer with hands-on site experience and the ability to manage project execution with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage fit-out projects on-site from start to handover.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Handle daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material requirements.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE only.
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple site activities effectively.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
