Job Description

We are a leading automobile dealership operating across multiple districts in Rajasthan and are looking to hire an experienced Projects & Maintenance Manager to oversee new construction projects and facility maintenance operations across all locations.

This role requires a mature, hands-on professional with strong exposure to civil construction, MEP systems, and team management, capable of handling multiple sites independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Projects / Construction

  • Manage new construction and expansion projects including showrooms, workshops, and commercial facilities.
  • Coordinate with OEM / client / brand guidelines and ensure strict adherence to approved layouts, norms, and specifications.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide progress reports to management.

Maintenance & Facilities Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Oversee day-to-day facility maintenance across all locations.
  • Handle MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wash bays, drainage, and utilities.
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Manage minor civil works such as flooring, ramps, washrooms, waterproofing, cracks, and interior modifications.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operations of workshops and showrooms.
  • Handle emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance issues.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and supervise maintenance staff and site teams.
  • Manage contractors, technicians, and AMC vendors.
  • Control costs, verify bills, and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance records.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in projects and facility maintenance roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of civil construction, MEP systems, and HVAC.
  • Experience handling multiple sites or facilities.
  • Ability to manage teams, vendors, and senior-level coordination.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across locations.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
