The Project Manager is responsible for leading several projects simultaneously, ensuring strong client relationship management from kickoff through final close-out. This includes securing all engineering, material, and regulatory approvals; coordinating method statements and user manuals; and overseeing all factory and site activities to ensure every project meets and exceeds client expectations.

Working closely with Senior Project Management and cross-functional teams, the Project Manager ensures seamless collaboration across engineering, factory operations, procurement, logistics, and site installation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills to manage multiple workflows, align stakeholders, and drive projects to successful delivery across both the UAE and KSA.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple modular pod projects simultaneously across the UAE and KSA, ensuring consistent quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, factory, logistics, and site teams in both countries to deliver projects end-to-end.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication, align expectations, and provide clear progress updates across all active projects.
  • Ensure all technical, regulatory, and client approvals are secured and compliant with standards in both markets.
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and variations, working closely with the commercial team to maintain project targets.
  • Prepare concise project reports and dashboards for senior management and clients.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to travel and spend significant time in KSA as required to support project execution and site coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; exposure to interior design and high-end finishes is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ideally within luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end fit-out environments.
  • Strong understanding of premium fit-out materials, quality standards, and detailed project execution requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities, with a strong eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and planning software; knowledge of BIM tools and digital coordination platforms is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical project management within the hospitality, fit-out, or construction sector.
  • PMP certification is required; additional project management or digital construction certifications are considered a plus.
