Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager specializing in vertical building construction to lead and oversee high-rise and multi-story construction projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. The candidate must have extensive UAE construction experience, with a strong background in managing high-rise building projects from planning through execution and project handover.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to;

• Manage and oversee all aspects of vertical building and high-rise construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality requirements.
• Lead project teams including engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, procurement, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Review and approve project documentation, reports, and contractor submissions.
• Ensure successful project completion and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Abu Dhabi/UAE construction projects.
• Proven experience in vertical building construction.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, project planning, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
