Project/Site Engineer - Civil

• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards.
• Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, including junior engineers and technicians.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to address concerns, obtain approvals, and ensure project compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and other project-related reports as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven 5-7 yrs of experience as a Project/Site Engineer in the construction industry, preferably with a building contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Valid professional engineering license (preferred).
