PRO/Mandoob

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PRO/Mandoob located in Doha, Qatar. The role involves handling government-related documentation, permits, and approvals. Daily tasks include processing applications, renewing licenses, managing visa requests, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal requirements. The PRO/Mandoob will also liaise with government offices and keep up to date with relevant policies and procedures to support company operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of governmental procedures and regulations, including experience managing visa processes, licensing, and compliance
  • Experience in Events and Entertainment industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of all required documentation and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with government officials and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Proven ability to handle confidential documents and maintain discretion
  • Experience in a similar role in Qatar is highly preferred
  • Valid Qatari driving license and familiarity with local travel routes

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
