Promoter - Brand Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to promote beauty products and boost sales.
• Demonstrate product usage and provide detailed information about benefits and features.
• Support promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and in-store events.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are always well stocked.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Promoter, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work in different outlets and shifts (weekends may be required).
• Driving license & car is a plus.
