Job Title: Sales Promoter – FMCG

The successful candidate will combine strong selling skills, solid product knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to engage customers, drive in-store sales, and ensure a high-quality retail experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s brands to potential customers within retail outlets.
• Identify prospective customers and explain product features and benefits to assist in purchase decisions.
• Provide product samples to interested customers.
• Distribute product leaflets and collect customer details for follow-up whenever possible.
• Address and resolve customer objections by responding effectively to product-related inquiries.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of customer service or sales experience in an FMCG background, preferably working with well-known retail customers in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic or English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse customer base.
• Target-driven with strong customer service orientation.
