Head of Promotion – Forex Trading / Financial Services
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Promotion to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of expertise in promotions, marketing, and portfolio management within the financial services sector, with strong knowledge of Forex trading and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Forex trading products and evaluate client risk profiles.
• Manage and grow client portfolios, ensuring performance and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with broker sales consultants and partners.
• Drive business development initiatives and implement effective growth strategies.
• Manage pipeline conversion and optimize sales processes.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns and brand promotion activities.
• Analyze Forex market trends to design impactful promotional strategies.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in promotions, marketing, and portfolio management.
• In-depth knowledge of Forex trading, financial products, and wealth management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Mandatory: CISI Certification (Approved by the UAE Securities & Commodities Authority – Wealth Management, under UAE Rules & Regulations).
• Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver business growth.

Certification Requirement: CISI (SCA Approved – Wealth Management, UAE Rules & Regulations). Applications without this certification will not be considered.
