Hiring: Promotion Manager (SCA Category 5) – UAE

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Promotion Manager to join our team under the SCA Category 5 (Arrangement & Advice) license framework.

This is a regulated role, responsible for overseeing all financial promotions, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, and supporting business growth through compliant marketing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial promotion strategies for investment products and services
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are fair, clear, and not misleading
• Review and approve promotional content in line with SCA regulations
• Coordinate with Compliance to maintain regulatory adherence and audit readiness
• Promote SCA-compliant products, including local and foreign funds
• Maintain accurate records of all promotional activities
• Support client introductions and engagement within regulatory boundaries
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and compliance matters

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Passed UAE Financial Rules & Regulations
• Passed ICWC Level 3
• Eligible to be approved by SCA as Promotion Manager (Category 5 role)

Experience

• 3–7+ years in:
• Financial services marketing / promotion
• Wealth management, asset management, or advisory firms
• Experience working in a regulated environment (SCA, DFSA, FCA, etc.) preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and SCA framework
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and compliance standards
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with regulatory requirements
