As a distinguished sales and business consulting firm, Riot Specialized Marketing excels in market expansion. We are hiring a Promotional Sales Assistant for our business to business renewable energy division. As the Promotional Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in executing outreach strategies and consulting with business clients by promoting energy solutions that drive their competitive advantage.

This Promotional Sales Assistant position centers on driving our client’s business sales initiatives forward. The Promotional Sales Assistant will proactively engage with business prospects and clients, serving as a key resource for explaining service options, marketing client provided solutions, and assisting with the creation of bespoke energy proposals. The Promotional Sales Assistant will be accountable for managing a portfolio and aligning systematic outreach with overarching strategic targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Promotional Sales Assistant:

  • Identify qualified business leads through targeted research and digital outreach for energy consulting services.
  • Support client engagement by explaining service options, managing outreach workflows, and preparing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain CRM pipelines to track lead status, outreach cadence, and conversion metrics for Energy B2B campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and segmentation strategies across energy-focused verticals.
  • Coordinate onboarding materials, including proposals, follow-ups, and internal handoffs to streamline client activation.
  • Report performance metrics—leads generated, engagement milestones, and conversion data—to inform campaign strategy.

Desired Qualifications of the Promotional Sales Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 1- 2 years of experience in outreach, sales, or marketing via internships, freelance, or project work.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting outreach messages, proposals, and CRM updates for business clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research market trends and align outreach with client needs.
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple accounts and maintain rapport across digital channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
