Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage innovative campaigns, utilize marketing automation tools, and contribute to the growth of our brand through strategic promotion and advertising efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Manage content marketing strategies by creating compelling copy and utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets.
  • Optimize website content using WordPress, HTML, and SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts by identifying new B2B opportunities and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign management and lead nurturing processes.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage product promotions, oversee budgeting for campaigns, and support product management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and print advertising design.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategies such as product management, e-commerce promotion, and B2B marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI through analytics tools.
  • Strong research skills with a focus on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,293.34 - $60,568.33 per year
