Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and refine prompts that enhance the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creativity to build effective, reliable, and engaging AI interactions across our products and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance for specific applications (e.g., chatbots, content generation, data extraction).
• Conduct experiments and analyze model outputs to improve accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and documentation for internal use.
• Evaluate and benchmark model performance across various tasks and model versions.
• Use frameworks like LangChain and OpenAI API to build structured, scalable prompt workflows.
• Stay current with the latest LLM research, prompt engineering methods, and AI safety practices.
• Apply advanced prompting techniques such as few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and role-based prompting.
• Support A/B testing and analyze user feedback to measure and enhance AI response quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini,).
• Strong understanding of NLP and how large language models process language.
• Excellent written communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI APIs.
• Knowledge of prompt design strategies, evaluation metrics, and context optimization.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and curiosity about how humans and AI communicate.
