Prompt Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer (Gen AI) with strong analytical and logical skills to design, refine, and evaluate prompts for large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, or software development, and is passionate about crafting effective prompts that drive high-quality AI outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, craft, and optimize prompts for Generative AI models to achieve desired outputs.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to integrate AI-generated responses into applications.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, coherence, and performance.
• Experiment with prompt variations to improve response quality.
• Maintain documentation for prompt templates, use cases, and evaluation metrics.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, GenAI, and prompt engineering best practices.

RequirementsMust Have

• 1+ years of experience in AI / NLP / Software Development / GenAI roles.
• Proven experience writing, optimizing, and evaluating prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning to interpret and refine AI responses.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts — context windows, temperature tuning, token usage, and model behavior.

Good to Have

• Programming experience in Java or any modern language.
• Exposure to LangChain, LLMOps, or API-based AI integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI.

Nice to Have

• B.Tech in CS / IT or BCA / MCA.
• Experience with prompt testing frameworks or AI-driven application development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
