We are open to hiring candidates across multiple designations depending on experience and potential.
This includes roles in Operations, Support, Trader Success, Risk, Marketing Coordination, Platform Management, or General Administration—all within the prop firm environment.

.Key Responsibilities

(Responsibilities will be matched to your designation, but may include:)

• Managing daily prop firm operations and ensuring seamless trader experiences.
• Handling trader inquiries, account issues, and rule-related support.
• Coordinating with platform providers (MT4/MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, Volumetrica, etc.).
• Overseeing dashboards, account setups, rule enforcement, and escalations.
• Supporting PSP integrations, KYC workflows, payouts, and backend processes.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives, trader community engagement, and content coordination.
• Identifying system improvements and supporting the management team in scaling operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the prop firm landscape (funded accounts, evaluations, drawdowns, risk rules, trading platforms).
• Experience in any relevant domain such as operations, customer support, trading, fintech, or brokerage is an advantage.
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Understanding of PSPs (Match2Pay, Triple-A, Stripe, etc.)
• Familiarity with trading psychology and trader behaviour.
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• A growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
