Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end setup of the Pune office for a new chemical trading company. This is a hands-on role covering office search, leasing, administration, licensing coordination, government liaison, and secretarial support to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, finalize, lease, and set up office premises in Pune.
  • Coordinate office fit-out, utilities, vendors, and day-to-day administration.
  • Handle statutory registrations, licenses, and regular follow-ups with government departments.
  • Act as Secretary to the Director: manage calendar, correspondence, meetings, and travel.
  • Liaise with brokers, consultants, landlords, and service providers.
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations during and post setup.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years experience in administration/property/office setup roles.
  • Proven experience dealing with government departments and compliance.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Willingness for regular outdoor and field work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
