We are looking for a Property Administrator with strong organisation, clear communication, and steady follow through. You keep tasks moving, information accurate, and stay on top of what needs attention. You support our Guest Experience Lead and Operations Lead so the team stays aligned.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep tasks updated with clear notes, progress, and evidence.
  • Keep databases, checklists, and logs updated.
  • Maintain property files, SOPs, and compliance documents.
  • Keep information accurate and easy to access.
  • Track linen, towels, consumables, and supply levels.
  • Coordinate laundry pickups and returns.
  • Support new property onboarding with admin, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Keep office supplies stocked and organised.
  • Manage deliveries.
  • Keep shared spaces tidy and ready for daily use.
  • Support small day to day office needs so the team can work smoothly.
  • Manage weekend check in and check-out coordination once every three weeks.
  • Follow up with cleaners and technicians for updates.
  • Share readiness updates with the Guest Experience team.
  • Track progress on open tasks and report delays early.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Experience

  • Admin or operations coordination.
  • Hospitality or short term rental exposure is not essential, but desirable.
  • Experience using digital tools such as Slack and Notion.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance or facilities work helpful.

Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Good organisation.
  • Strong follow up.
  • High accuracy in documentation.
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to handle many moving tasks without losing detail.
  • Comfort using apps, dashboards, and operational software.

Details:

  • Full time, office based in Dubai with property visits when needed. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is helpful, but not essential.
  • Working hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus one weekend coordination every three weeks.
