Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, emails, communication with developers, and documentation.
- Prepare and process tenancy contracts, Ejari, RERA Forms, NOCs, and other property-related paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings, client appointments, and agent activities.
- Maintain and update property listings on advertising portals (Property Finder).
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files: tenancy agreements, client KYC documents, payment receipts, etc.
Requirements
- Experience as an Admin Assistant in Dubai (in Real Estate preferred).
- Fast learner and highly motivated
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with property portals, ad posting, and basic admin tasks.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work remotely without any distractions.
The candidate shall be on your own visa if based in UAE!
