Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our portfolio of investment and rental properties. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of property administration, from acquisition and utility setup to overseeing holiday rental operations.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Legal: Handle all Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes, including transfer of ownership, title deed registration, and required documentation.

Utility Management: Manage the installation and transfer of ownership for all utility connections, including DEWA, Lootah, Tasleem, Empower, Du/Etisalat, etc.

Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration of investment properties to ensure they are compliant and ready for occupancy.

Holiday Rental Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for Airbnb/Holiday Home management companies (Experience in this field is a major plus).

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and systems.

Proven experience navigating utility providers (DEWA, Gas, Chiller, Telecoms).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

Good communication skills for dealing with government entities and third-party agencies.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
