We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team at Castle & Key Real Estate. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through various channels, including company-generated and personal leads.
• Conduct property viewings, market research, and area familiarization.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and developers.
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitive landscape.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience (sales or leasing).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and community areas.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional, presentable, and client-focused.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
