Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation abilities, and the drive to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Dubai real estate opportunities, focusing on both off-plan and ready properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Negotiate offers, manage viewing schedules, and close sales
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, new project launches, pricing, and developer offerings
• Maintain accurate listings and client information using CRM systems
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the buying process

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication
• Solid understanding of off-plan projects and developer offerings
• Knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and investment hotspots
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Fluent English is required
• Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Farsi, Chinese, etc.) are a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment
