We Are Hiring: Property Advisors – Off-Plan Specialists

Liventra Properties L.L.C is growing and we are looking for 4 motivated, ambitious, and professional Property Advisors to join our dynamic Off-Plan Sales Department.

Position: Property Advisor – Off-Plan Sales

Job Type:

Full-Time | Commission-Based (Basic Salary Option Available)

Compensation:

• AED 2,500 Basic Salary (for selected candidates)
• 40%–50% Attractive Commission Structure
• Employment Visa after reaching AED 20,000 business

Eligibility Requirement:

✔ The candidate must hold a UAE valid visa with at least 3 months validity remaining
✔ UAE Driver’s License preferred
✔ Immediate joiners are highly encouraged
✔ You may also bring your own sales team

About the Role

Work with one of Dubai’s trusted real estate firms, Liventra Properties L.L.C, where growth, professionalism, and performance are valued.
You will handle off-plan portfolios, client consultations, project promotions, and developer relations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–6 months of UAE Real Estate experience (Off-Plan strongly preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, Urdu/Hindi etc.) are a strong advantage
• Knowledge of major Dubai developers & project portfolios is a plus
• Confident in dealing with HNW clients and conducting negotiations
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
