Property Advisor

NOTE: This is a 100% commission-based role.


At A1 Properties, our strategic growth and commitment to delivering exceptional real estate services are the pillars of our success. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced, motivated, and client-centric professionals to join us as Off-Plan, Secondary & Commercial Real Estate Agents.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Management: Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using our advanced CRM system.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Assist clients from initial consultation and property presentations to site visits, negotiations, and final deal closure.
  • Market Coverage: Promote and sell off-plan projects, secondary residential properties, and commercial assets across Dubai’s key freehold areas.
  • Market Expertise: Build deep knowledge of market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment strategies.
  • Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on investment opportunities, leasing strategies, capital appreciation, and long-term asset performance.
  • Listing & Marketing: Source, list, and market properties through leading portals, developer channels, and internal platforms.
  • Compliance: Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in full compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, listings, and documentation in CRM and property systems.
  • Relationship Building: Manage relationships with investors, developers, landlords, business owners, corporate tenants, and co-brokers.
  • Representation: Represent A1 Properties at developer launches, networking events, property tours, and industry functions.


Job Requirements


  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (Off-Plan, Secondary, or Commercial).
  • Certification: RERA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of off-plan sales processes, commercial leasing, and DLD regulations.
  • Performance: Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client and business needs.
