Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will guide clients through the full property cycle, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, and arranging property viewings. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a client portfolio, following up on leads, and providing market insights and recommendations. The role involves preparing and reviewing property listings, supporting negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation. The Property Advisor will also stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects in New Cairo to offer informed, data-driven advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and professional follow-up.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on closing deals ethically and achieving win–win outcomes for all parties.
  • Solid knowledge or strong interest in the New Cairo real estate market, including projects, communities, and pricing trends.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, property viewings, and documentation simultaneously.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, property portals, email, and basic office software) to manage leads and listings.
  • Ability to work on-site, meet clients in person, and conduct property tours across New Cairo.
  • Prior experience in real estate, brokerage, or sales is an advantage but not always required if there is strong motivation and learning agility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are a plus.
