We are looking for a motivated and professional Property Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market, communicates confidently with clients, and is driven to build a successful career in either Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales.

Role Overview

As a Property Advisor at Gulf Estates, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or investing in Dubai real estate. You will manage client relationships, guide prospects through the sales journey, and provide informed advice based on current market opportunities.

Whether your focus is Off-Plan or Secondary Market, you will play an important role in representing the company, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property opportunities
  • Conduct property presentations, consultations, viewings, and follow-ups
  • Guide clients through the full sales process, from inquiry to closing
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, project details, and community insights
  • Promote available listings and projects through company channels and personal outreach
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system
  • Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing and management to maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are handled professionally and in line with RERA and company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
  • Experience in either Off-Plan or Secondary Market
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in any additional foreign language is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well within a team
  • UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred
