Property and Grounds Specialist

Summary
The Lawn & Turf Specialist helps maintain safe, clean, and attractive outdoor spaces through detailed lawn care and grounds maintenance. This position focuses primarily on turf health, trimming, edging, weed control, spraying, and general landscape upkeep while supporting overall property appearance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weed whipping, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance
• Apply herbicides and assist with weed and pest control efforts
• Complete turf repair, overseeding, patching, and lawn improvement projects
• Maintain landscaped beds through weeding and cleanup
• Operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment safely
• Assist with seasonal grounds tasks and general outdoor property upkeep
• Monitor grounds conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support a clean, professional, and welcoming outdoor environment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
