Property Asset Management - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious multi-disciplinary partnership that is searching for a Commercial Property Manager to join its Birmingham team. This partnership is well-recognised for creating an excellent culture with plentiful progression opportunities.

Working on behalf of a range of clients, including property companies (Prop Co's) and funds, the role entails taking full ownership of trophy assets across a diverse commercial portfolio, involving a variety of property and asset management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement value-add initiatives
• Service charge forecasting and management
• Lease events & Arrears Recovery
• Property inspections
• Provide clients with investment advice
• Instruct and oversee other departments & 3rd party advisors.
