Job Description:
Streamline Insurance Solutions is a growing, established agency looking to add a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to our Ada, Ohio office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an agent who wants to build and expand their book of business with strong support, marketing resources, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business
• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention
• Collaborate with the team to expand market presence

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty License (preferred)
• Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently
