What You'll Do

• Represent and advocate for policyholders throughout the claims process
• Inspect and evaluate residential and commercial property damage
• Review estimates, reports, policies, and supporting documentation
• Analyze coverage and develop accurate claim valuations
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and their representatives
• Guide clients through complex property claims with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate with experienced public adjusters and industry specialists
• Help maximize claim outcomes for homeowners and business owners

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Property & Casualty claims experience preferred
• Strong experience handling residential and/or commercial property claims
• Knowledge of policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and claim valuation
• Experience working for insurance carriers, independent adjusting firms, or TPAs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a client-focused environment
