Job Title: Property Claims Consultant – Roofing (Training Provided)

About the Role

ARG Roofing is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Property Claims Consultants.

This position involves inspecting residential properties, meeting with homeowners, and documenting property conditions—primarily following weather-related events. You will guide homeowners through the inspection and claims process while working independently in the field.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and having control over their income.

Many members of our team average around $10,000 per month, and individuals who stay consistent and follow the process earn well above that.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential properties for exterior damage
• Document property conditions with photos and detailed notes
• Meet with homeowners to review findings and next steps
• Assist in guiding homeowners through the claims/repair process
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up inspections when needed
• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

No prior roofing or industry experience required — training is provided.
