Property Claims Specialist – Help Homeowners Recover

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Insurance Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will assist policyholders with property insurance claims, including damage assessments, documentation, estimating, and negotiations with insurance carriers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple claims and provide excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and document property damage caused by fire, water, wind, hail, and other perils
Review insurance policies to determine applicable coverage
Prepare detailed damage reports and cost estimates (Xactimate experience a plus)
Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements for clients
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates throughout the claims process
Manage case files and ensure timely submission of all required documentation

Qualifications:

Public Insurance Adjuster license (or willingness to obtain, training provided)
Experience in property claims adjusting, construction, estimating, or restoration industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of Xactimate software is helpful but not mandatory
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
High level of integrity and client advocacy

Compensation:

Base plus Competitive commission-based structure with significant earning potential
