This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing advisory and consultancy services to clients, understanding client requirements, and offering suitable property options. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with potential and existing clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and facilitating the sale and rental processes. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai.

• Consulting and Real Estate experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to close deals
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment is a plus
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
