Property Consultant

Role Description

As a Property Consultant , you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for sales properties
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
• Build a client network
• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 6 months of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
