Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
• Advise clients on current market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and manage property documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and attract new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about real estate laws, market conditions, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Compensation:

• Basic salary + attractive commission structure.
