KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing.
- Present and show properties to potential buyers, highlighting location, features, and benefits.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiating terms for optimal outcomes. Guide clients through legal and financial processes of transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals. Attend training, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with experience in Off plan or Secondary market.
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online listing platforms. Professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
