The Role
About the Role – As a Real Estate Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties. You’ll be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, achieving sales targets, and representing AX CAPITAL’s premium portfolio across Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. Responsibilities: • Advise and guide clients through property investments in Dubai. • Prospect new leads through networking, social media, referrals, and events. • Present investment opportunities with confidence and clarity. • Negotiate and close deals with investors and buyers. • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat and referral business. • Use CRM tools to track leads, deals, and follow-ups.

Requirements
  • Strong background in sales or client-facing roles (banking, automotive, luxury retail, insurance, hospitality, flight attendants). • Ambition, resilience, and goal-driven mindset, able to thrive in a commission based role. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Professional appearance and ability to engage with HNWI clients. • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
