Property Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on market conditions and providing professional guidance on buying, selling and leasing properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge and a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, regulations and community developments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords and investors.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
• Coordinate with developers, mortgage consultants and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in the UAE (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
