Property Consultant (Brokerage Background Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Property Consultants with a strong brokerage background to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a real estate brokerage firm . (Candidates with developer-side experience will not be considered.)

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads to achieve assigned sales targets

• Advise clients on property investment opportunities and manage end-to-end sales processes

• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and competitors

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate brokerage experience (mandatory)

• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Must be currently based in the UAE
