Property Consultant (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai, a strong understanding of the property market, and excellent communication skills.

Leads will be provided; your job is to convert them into successful deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle leads provided by the company and follow up professionally.
2. Advise clients on property options (off-plan and secondary).
3. Conduct viewings and property presentations.
4. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
5. Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
6. Keep up to date with Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and developers.
7. Update CRM with client interactions and deal progress.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary).
2. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
3. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
4. Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
