Job Description – Property Consultant

As a Property Consultant at Golden Bricks, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining long-term relationships. You will represent the company’s standard of excellence while working towards achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, market understanding, and a proactive approach to client service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present suitable property options across off-plan and ready projects.
• Handle company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring strong follow-up.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver accurate information about prices, locations, and project benefits.
• Negotiate offers and manage the full sales process until deal closure and documentation completion.
• Stay updated on market trends and maintain knowledge of new launches, developer offers, and project updates.

Requirements – Property Consultant

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Real Estate or Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and closing abilities.
• Basic understanding of Dubai’s real estate market (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Strong follow-up skills and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• UAE Driving License & car (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Willingness to attend property viewings and fieldwork when required.
• Team player with a proactive and motivated mindset.
